The problem
Running a small ecommerce business, none of the important operations work is urgent on any given day.
Checking stock levels can wait until tomorrow. Chasing that late order can wait until tomorrow. Checking whether your margin on your best seller is still what it was eight months ago can definitely wait until tomorrow.
Each individual skip costs nothing. That is exactly why it happens.
The cost turns up all at once. A best seller out of stock for eleven days in your best week. A supplier price rise you absorbed for two quarters without noticing. A listing with a wrong dimension quietly generating returns that everyone blamed on quality.
This is not a discipline problem. The work has no home, so it competes with whatever is shouting that morning, and it loses every time. Your head is not a system, and neither is a doc you wrote once and have not opened since.
I ran an ecommerce business for six years and did exactly this. The fix was not working harder on it. It was giving the recurring work a fixed place and a date, so that not doing it became visible instead of invisible.

In six years of ecommerce, the expensive mistakes were rarely the hard calls. They were the small weekly checks that slipped a week, then three. This board gives each one a day.Stef
What this actually is
A Trello board you copy into your own account. Ten lists, 33 cards that already have content in them.
Not empty lists with names on them. You can build empty lists in ten minutes for free, and plenty of people sell exactly that.
What you are paying for is what is written inside the cards. Every card carries a description explaining what the task is for, how to judge it, what usually goes wrong, and a checklist of the steps in the order you do them.
Here is the middle of one card, in full, so you can judge the level before buying rather than after:
Stock check, top SKUs ¡ 15 min max
Verdict first: you are looking for SKUs that will hit zero before a replacement can arrive. Nothing else in this card matters.
Reorder point = average units sold per day à supplier lead time in days à 1.5
The 1.5 is a buffer for a late shipment and a good week. Drop it to 1.2 only for a supplier you have never had a delay with. Raise it to 2 for anything coming from far away or through a single freight route.
What usually goes wrong: lead time is remembered, not measured. People use the quoted lead time. Use the last three actual ones. Sales per day is taken from a bad window: a SKU that sold 300 in a promo week is not selling 43 a day. And stock on hand includes units that are not sellable, because damaged, reserved and in transit units are not stock.
What to do with a hit: create a card in đ Stock Watch titled with the SKU. This card detects, it never orders. The ordering decision needs the supplier card, the minimum order quantity, the packaging you have on hand and the cash position, and that is a separate sitting. Keeping detection and execution in separate cards is deliberate. A detector that can also act will eventually act on a bad read.
Before you order: packaging. You cannot sell more units than you have packaging to put them in, and your packaging has its own lead time. Check it in the same sitting, or you will land 1500 units and be unable to ship them.
- Confirm which account or brand is on screen before reading anything
- Pull current sellable stock for your top 10 SKUs
- A blank or zero export is a read failure, not a clean result. Re-pull before believing it
- Compare each against its reorder point, not against zero
+ 7 more, in the order you do them
That is one card. There are 33.
- 14 day refund, no explanation needed
- Free Trello plan is enough
- One payment, no subscription
- Sample data invented and labelled
Set up in 15 minutes, not a Sunday
Paste one prompt with your webshop or marketplace shop link into Claude and it drafts your setup from your own public pages: what you sell, your likely top ten, your brand basics and which tools your shop already runs. It marks every guess and asks only what no page shows, like your margin floor. You correct a draft instead of typing into empty cards.

Who it is for
You sell physical products you buy in. Somewhere between 5 and 200 SKUs. You run it alone or with one part time helper. You know your business, you just do not have a place where the recurring work lives.
If you have had a stockout or an overstock in the last six months and it annoyed you, this is aimed at you.
Who this is not for
I would rather lose the sale than take it from the wrong person.
- You are not selling yet. This organises an operation that exists. It will not help you decide what to sell
- You want automation. Nothing here connects to a marketplace, syncs stock or fires on a schedule. It is a board and you move the cards
- You want bookkeeping, VAT, ads or customer support. All out of scope, deliberately
- You are a team of more than about five people. No roles, no approvals, no capacity planning
- You will not open Trello twice a week. Then this does nothing for you, and no template would. That is the honest version
Price
EUR 37, one payment.
For reference, one stockout on a product selling ten units a day for a week is roughly 70 lost sales. Whether that is worth EUR 37 is arithmetic you can do faster than I can.
But the real reason for the price is simpler. It is a board and a guide. It took a long time to write and it costs nothing to deliver, so it is priced as a thing you decide on alone in two minutes, without asking anyone.
No subscription, no upsell sequence, no bonus stack.
FAQ
Do I need a paid Trello plan?
No. Free plan is enough, and the board is built to stay inside it deliberately. No Power Ups required.
How long does setup take?
About 45 minutes to have it working with your own suppliers and top ten SKUs. The setup guide tells you what to skip so you do not lose a Sunday to data entry, which is the usual way these boards die.
Do the recurring cards arrive already repeating?
No, and neither does anyone else's. Trello's repeat setting exists only in the interface, not in the API, so no Trello template can ship with it switched on. It is step 3e of the setup guide, it takes about 5 minutes for the 7 cards that recur, and the guide is explicit that the board does not work without it. Anyone selling you a Trello template with working recurrence already enabled is describing something Trello does not offer.
Does it connect to my marketplace or webshop?
No. Nothing syncs. You put the numbers in yourself. If you want an automated setup, that is a different product and this is not it.
Is there support?
No 1:1 support at this price, and I would rather state that than let you assume it. The setup guide is written to answer the questions support would get. If something in it is unclear, tell me and I fix the guide for everyone.
If you want someone working through your specific operation with you, that is 1:1 consulting and it is paid separately.
What if it does not work for me?
Email within 14 days and you get a refund, no explanation needed. It is a digital file, I cannot take it back, and arguing over EUR 37 is a poor use of both our time.
Will you keep updating it?
Anything I improve, buyers get. You receive a new copy link. I am not promising a schedule, because I do not know one, and a cadence I invented on a sales page is exactly the kind of claim I would not believe from someone else.
Is any of this from your actual business?
The thinking is. The data is not. Every supplier name, SKU and number on the board is invented, and it says so on the board itself. Northwind Supply does not exist. The structure comes from running an ecommerce business for six years, the contents are written from scratch.
Is this an AI generated template?
The board was written, argued with and cut down before it shipped. What matters more than how it was made is whether the cards are specific enough to be useful, which is why a full card is quoted above rather than a screenshot of list names. Judge it on that.
Can I share it with my team?
Yes, copy it into a shared workspace. One purchase per business, not per person.
Stop meaning to do it.
You already know what should be checked every week. This is that, written down, with dates on it, so it stops being something you meant to do.
